Hey Ladies,
I’m so proud of how all of you did this season. The majority of our team was rookies and everyone picked up the game so quickly. We kicked ass when it came down to teams in our division, and came as an unexpected suprise to some really great teams. Congrats on your hard work this season. Stay in shape this summer and get ready to beat some bitches up this fall!!

WE WILL MEET AT THE WENTWORTH TURF PARKING LOT AT 8PM.
The assist. Athletic director has slotted us time from 9-10PM on the turf. WE WILL MEET AT 8:00PM just incase the turf frees up sooner and we can get out on the turf sooner and not keep everyone till 10pm. NOTE: if we don’t get on till 9pm we will have to use the full hour (my appoligies ahead of time). I’d rather go earlier and get done earlier but this is the best we can do for lights and space. We need to get outside and running in open space, the gym was great but now too small.
The good thing about going later is now people who had class have a better chance of making it out to practice. Make sure to bring mouth guards and rugby shorts this evening. And dress warm in layers.
See you ALL TONIGHT! 8:00pm Wentworth Turf field across the street from the museum of fine arts…still can’t find it call a teamate and walk with them. Ladies we have 4 practices till we have our first spring game. Manage your time and get to practice, we have a lot of rookies. So those ladies that aren’t playing this spring if you have some spare time and want to come lend a hand that would be much apprecaited. Get the numbers out just like we had before break. Attendance will count for who starts!
Cheers

Hey Ladies,
It has been a while since I’ve seen you all and I wish that I weren’t so busy on the nights that we have practice but I hope that will all slow down a little bit as we start our season. I’ve heard that you are all doing well and we are back up to the numbers that WIT Rugby is used to seeing out at practice. Keep it up because you all an important part of the team and I hope you ladies realize that.
Soooooo I created a group to Volunteer at the Boston Marathon. Here is the info that you need to know about it and how to sign up for our group. It is a lot of fun volunteering and you get a sweet jacket. PLEASE sign up sooner than later, we have a deadline of March 3rd because assignments are being sent out on the 7th. Get on it ladies!

If you are going to sign up to volunteer at the Boston Marathon you can’t back out once you submit all your info. So if you are someone that could potentially sign up and BLOW OFF this event…. don’t bother signing up! Remember that you are all representative of this club so stay classy ladies!
If you aren’t going to sign up then stop reading this email now.
When: Patriots Day, Monday April 21 Pretty much alllll day like 10-5 or 10-6
Where: Finish Line ( I signed us up for the finish line work, more specifics to come later)
How: Go to http://baa.org/ and under the Boston Marathon link there is a drop down list, click on Volunteer. Then click on Online Registration, then click on New Volunteers. Enter all your info and click Next. Chose the option I want to join an existing Volunteer Group. Pick out WIT Women’s Rugby from the drop down list and the password is : rugger . The rest is pretty self explanatory, click submit and when you get the page where is shows you all your info with the volunteer preferences at the bottom DON’T MODIFY them just leave it alone and click submit. You should get an email from them pretty fast saying that you are signed up.
If you are signing up email me a one liner saying “hey nut i just signed up for the marathon” just so that i can keep a record of it.
Thanks for reading the email

Excellent showing tonight…We had 18 ladies out tonight. AWESOME JOB 3 new recruits very enthusiatic about the game and pushed them through a rough but fun practice. Everyone that came tonight showed that they’ve been doing something in the off season. Between Conditioning Ball handling drills. We saw the ladies that WANT to play!
I was quite impressed with not only the showing but the performance put out by the team tonight. I hope to see the same number of ladies out this wednesday for strength and conditioning. Liz has talked to me and ask me to do certain things in order to prepare for her next week. For those of you who don’t know she too is also in classes at NorthEastern Univ. and has had some exams recently hence why she hasn’t been here for a little while but she’z coming back soon.
Hopefully we didn’t scare the new people…Great job!

Awesome job by the 10 Ladies that made it out on Saturday. I know its tough to get up early, but everyone will agree it was refreshing and a good run in the warm gym. So lets see the same numbers out Monday Night and Wednesday night and I should be able to give you the weekend off. I’m seeing some new and old faces again which is good but we still need to see more…1st game is a month away!…
